How are platform credits and service credits different?
Platform credits cover Gencow infrastructure such as DB, API, function runtime, Realtime, Storage, and deploys. Service credits are a separate balance for provider-backed features such as AI, embeddings, and document processing.
What are Realtime connections per app?
This is not general HTTP traffic. It is the number of browser or client WebSocket connections subscribing to realtime query/update streams for one app.
Is Enterprise a public plan?
No. Enterprise is a separately configured plan for dedicated infrastructure, security, contract, and SLA needs, and starts through an inquiry.
